Discipleship Coordinator
(Part-Time with Flexible Hours)
This role works closely with the Discipleship Pastor and team to implement mentoring and discipleship strategies, connect new believers with mentors, recruit and coach leaders, organize events, and manage administrative tasks using tools like Planning Center and Asana. He or she will help to build, inspire, train and equip dynamic Dream Team members. The ideal candidate must be able to work with a team and independently. He or she must have good computer and administrative skills, good people skills, and a thriving relationship with Jesus.

Social Media Director
(Part-Time)
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Social Media Director to lead our digital presence and advance our ministry vision. This role will administrate all social media platforms, create engaging and mission-driven content, and develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that reflects our core values: Reaching the lost, Abiding with God, Releasing people into ministry, and Equipping them for ministry. The Social Media Director will collaborate closely with the Worship Arts team to ensure cohesive storytelling and creative alignment across all platforms. Responsibilities also include participating in staff meetings, planning sessions, and cross-ministry collaborations to help communicate our message with clarity and purpose.

Grace Kids Coordinator
Grace Community Church in Montrose, Colorado is seeking a part-time Grace Kids Coordinator. This person will directly assist the Children's Pastor, Preschool & Nursery Director and the Elementary Director with tasks such as scheduling, classroom preparation for each weekend, communication with other staff and Dream Team. This person will help plan events, and execute events. We are seeking a candidate with leadership qualities defined by humble service, a love for the advance of the Gospel, and devotion to God’s call. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for God’s children, creativity, administration skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
